We have come across a couple of businesses based in the UK that we are interested in buying - however these businesses come with FREEHOLD property (same property the business operates in) - We would like to buuy the business but ot the property - so looking for an Investor we can work with that would buy the Property and we buy the business and become a Tenant of theirs. Would be glad to hear from anyone that may be open to this.
