Cashflow Lender Refinance

We are about to close on a couple of deals and are looking to refinance the loans shortly after they closed based on the cash flow of the acquisition that is asset-light but cash flow rich. The sector is business services with technology.

As I recall, ^redacted‌ and ^redacted‌ have both done live streams where they mentioned that it likely would go smoother if the bank that closes the deal is the one that is doing the lending/refi after the deal.
