Cashflow Lender Refinance

We are about to close on a couple of deals and are looking to refinance the loans shortly after they closed based on the cash flow of the acquisition that is asset-light but cash flow rich.  The sector is business services with technology.

As I recall, ^Searchfunder member‌ and ^Searchfunder member‌ have both done live streams where they mentioned that it likely would go smoother if the bank that closes the deal is the one that is doing the lending/refi after the deal.
