Cash Flow Lenders for Post-Transaction Recap?

My understanding is SBA loans are for acquisitions, not for recaps. Can anyone point me to lenders that offer cash flow loans but that I can get post-acquisition? Alternatively, lenders that can do a debt facility commitment before having a specific deal in LOI to help fund a roll-up of assets purchased with all cash?
