I've recently started the Unconventional SMB Podcast where I chat with SMBiz owners about their stories; the good, the great and the deep-dark-ugly.

Jon - this is such a great initiative! Listening to business owners talk about their journey's, challenges, and opportunities is insightful + fun! My favourite so far was the one with Shawn Kersey.
