What is Searchfunder.com?

Hi everyone,

Learning from other business owners' journeys is a great way to improve your business operations, perhaps without having to live some excruciating experiences.

I've recently started the Unconventional SMB Podcast where I chat with SMBiz owners about their stories; the good, the great and the deep-dark-ugly.

Yes, Shawn's was a great episode. Next episodes include owners of: Industrial construction, Environmental Consulting, Billon Dollar 5-year old Midstream company, IT services. There is also a Upskilling Series in the works - kick off with topics in Sales and Tax.

Thanks for the recommendation ^redacted‌ The show is focused on SMBiz Owners who play an active role, have owned their business for at least 5 years, and have revenue of $4-$35m. That being said, if there is a great learning opportunity that would be valuable to Owners I'd be happy to explore those.

Perhaps a little overlap in guest profile with ^redacted‌, but Acquiring Minds is absolutely the go-to for Searcher/New Operator episodes. He gives value every Monday and Thursday, I never miss one! (PS: Maybe someday Unconventional SMB will get Acquiring Minds level :) )
