Call on Different Types of Debt

I've done deals with all different kinds of debt (SBA, traditional non-sba, mezz, etc). I thought I'd offer up my experiences to anyone that had questions about what the ins and outs are from an operating perspective - mainly for those self funded considering SBA. If anyone is interested, I'll hold a "happy hour" conference call next week, maybe 4pm on Friday 12/7 - if it would be helpful.
