Hi all! I'm working on the purchase agreement for an asset purchase of a California-based business, and I'm looking for a reputable attorney to work with. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I'm specifically looking for someone who has experience with smaller business acquisitions (the purchase price here is $1M) and with the California Association of Business Brokers' standard asset purchase agreement.
