A company that I'm looking into is a SATCOM reseller with both government contracts and commercial contracts. Broker says that they do very little BD right now and mostly focus on maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Does anyone have insight into business development $ per employee benchmarks for this type of business? It's a small operation by headcount (4; 2 full-time, 2 part-time) with good margins (~15+% EBITDA). Wondering how much I could realistically expect to grow topline with current staffing.
