Building a deal team - United Kingdom

Hi all

Over the next few months, I'll have a series of deals potentially coming my way. I'm looking to build a deal team for due diligences (Legal, Financial etc. - I could probably do ops). Ideally looking for professionals who work on a payment on completion basis.

Thought I'd post this to see if there are any recommendations, guidance, direction etc. on this site.

I'm a self-funded searcher in the UK so anything UK or EU specific would be very helpful.
