Bolt On Merger Integration

My partner and I recently closed on a three way merger and are working through integrating the respective teams. We've evaluated a number of HR solutions, yet most seem more abstract that practical. Does anyone suggest a service or platform that has worked well for HR data management, performance review and administration? Many thanks.

There are several HR technology solutions out there that are single-database, one platform options versus point solutions. As it relates to acquisition integration, the key is making sure you have a strong internal HR director (or outsourced partner) who takes the lead in analyzing and standardizing employee benefits, handbook, policies, payroll etc. We just started working with a PE-backed DSO doing a rollup with this very issue.

+1 for Rippling and Bamboo. I have migrated both along with Trinet and Justworks. They all have roughly the same functionality so it depends on UX/UI preference and specific situations you have exposure too - i.e. hourly vs. salaried employees, time card admin and processes, admin overhead.
