Best CRM for acquisitions?

Seeking to upgrade my CRM to handle greatly increased deal flow.  
What CRM's do people like for deal flow?  
Need ability to mass import contacts, create custom sales funnels, track closure rates and segment by deal.  
Integrated email, texting and phone calls.  
Bonus is ability to integrate a sharable data room for each deal.  
Suggestions?
