Commercial Cleaning Business Under LOI - $18M Deal Opportunity

Raising capital for a high cash flow commercial cleaning business deal. The deal is under LOI and the seller is looking to exit asap. The purchase price is $18M, and the seller agreed to finance $4M of it. We are looking for $14M as a mix of debt / equity. The team behind the HoldCo that will acquire this business has experience running a company in the same sector and is now looking to acquire this one to serve as a platform company.
