I own and manage a b2b distribution company, and to ensure order fulfillment accuracy, we developed an app that has automated and improved various parts of the workflow. We now have an automated system in place that allows us to easily reconcile: (i) the purchase order received from our customers (via email), (ii) the order was picked/packed/shipped correctly (operations), and (iii) the order was invoiced correctly (finance). Our orders can be complex; one product could mean as many as###-###-#### boxes must be picked from the warehouse.
