Any searches focused on retail/restaurant? I've been engaged as a consultant to help a franchisee in the adventure park space negotiate some add-ons (additional units) and identify a capital partner to close the deals and recap the existing units. For a group that wants to be active, with help from the existing owners who know the brand, system and franchisee network, it could be an excellent setup. Aiming for an aggregate EBITDA of $5 million.
