Are Searchfunders interested in the banking industry?

Hey all,
I was scrolling through the Business for sale websites and found European banks for sale that are between###-###-#### million in value and have high-profit margins are investors/search funders interested in the Banking industry, what would be required from an entrepreneur to get funding for this kind of acquisition?

This listing site does not look very legit. I can not imagine someone trying to sell a bank for 3bn (found one listing for this price) on such a platform.
