Working toward closing on a business who is a registered vendor/contractor in both Avetta & ISN. Many of the Company's customers require them to use these tools to post up-to-date insurance information, safety compliance info, etc.

It's an asset deal, so there will be new entity with new tax ID, insurance certificates, etc.

Despite multiple phone calls, it's been hard to get a straight answer from ISN/Avetta on how this process works. The goal is to remain in compliance with all customer requirements during the transition.

I’ve been on the client end where we ask all our suppliers to use ISNetworld. Essentially it’s just a survey that’s regularly updated with your latest policies and documents. I can’t imagine a transfer to a new business being an issue. It would just be very time consuming to change the name of every document, it can be a few hundred documents long (e.g. includes internal safety and handling policies not just documents like insurance)
