Anyone have Executive or Operations experience in the Assisted Living?

I'm in the early stages of Building a Board of Directors for a venture in Acquiring Assisted Living Facilities. I am currently looking to speak with individuals with Executive or Operational experience in Assisted Living.

Based on my limited knowledge of Assisted Living centers, I'm reaching out to ask if anyone is familiar with these types of businesses & if so, what things should I be aware of, or looking out for?

Maybe, one question I should be asking should be.

What is the biggest issue people are facing within the industry?
