Anyone have an example Bolt-on Integration Plan?

Hey All!
Working on a tuck-in deal that is sub 1mm TEV. Most integration checklists I've seen are a little too heavy for this deal.
Anyone have a "light integration" checklist example? Would be super helpful to add synthesize into our current plan and make sure we are not missing any crucial items.
