Anybody here live in Santa Barbara, CA?

I've done one deal (bought and sold) in Santa Barbara and am a few weeks away from signing an APA for my second. Does anybody live there or visit often and want to get together for a coffee? 

Santa Barbara is a fringe city and I don't think there's much search activity (fine with me!) but it's a solid city and I've had good fortune. It would be cool if there were any other searchers out there familiar with SB.
