Any recommendations on lenders?

I have a transaction lined up with a buyer that has several times the EV of the business in personal assets and wants to get a conventional loan. We have interest from the bank I did the original SBA deal with but I'm looking for a few more options, ideally with a lender that's more experienced in these types of transactions.

Many thanks in advance for any recommendations!

The question is a bit unclear. Are you selling a company and trying to help the buyer to finance the deal? it would make sense to expend some energy to do so as it increases the chances of a successful exit. However i wouldn't put too much effort worrying about the terms as it will not be your concern. Given the buyer appears asset rich it would make sense for him to work with his current banking relationships rather than trying to establish new relationships.

I'd have thought you'd really benefit from a debt advisor here. Finding a lender that likes the business model and sector. Getting good terms from them rather than accepting higher rates.. I have recommendations in the UK if helpful, but it should be a US lender if based there
