Any potential equity investors interested in collision repair centers?

I may have a good collision repair deal with a strong track record, good reputation in the DFW metroplex..

Should be under LOI (seller is reviewing with attorney) next week and want to put out some feelers to see if anybody would be interested in investing.?

I'll put up 2% of my own money for the equity injection but will still need the other 8% to complete SBA 7a 10% requirement.
