I'm close to a successful optometrist in LA who's an incredible marketer and thought-leader in dry-eve, but he's not at a point in his career where he's ready to stop practicing and run a network of offices. Looking for a CEO / strong operator who can manage and grow a network of optometry offices, most of which are under-managed and will grow via a better patient acquisition strategy + increasing licensed services within the practices.
