Are people really signing these things without any redlining or negotiation? Based on other posts, it seems like they are. Some of these NDAs include some dangerous terms, such as poorly worded indemnification clauses. Even if signing as an LLC, the risk seems a bit high.
I have a feeling the answer is a resounding no, but curious to see if people have found a successful way around this.
Thanks in advance for any feedback.
