Any experience with staffing/placement agencies?

Does anyone have any experience with buying a staffing or placement agency? The business places specialized employees and has government and aerospace & defense contracts. I'm starting conversations with the seller and I'd love to learn more about the industry from someone with experience. Reply in the comments and I'll reach out.

I am not a searcher, but as a benefits broker I have dealt with similar type companies in the past. There are definitely some additional steps in compliance to be aware of, when it comes to placing employees in government contracted jobs.
