I have identified a SaaS company target in the cloud storage space and in preliminary discussion, moving to an LOI. Would be great to connect with anyone who knows this space as operators and well as digital marketing experts that has the 'know-how' to scale.
I am a self funded searcher but interested in interest equity partners or SBA/conventional debt options. Thanks.
