In my experience I’ve found it easier to work with alternative lenders. Can someone refer me to an alternative lender that can fund 80% to 90% of the purchase price of a company that has less than 10M in revenue and 2M in ebitda? I’m willing to pay a referral fee to whoever introduces me to one after I close a deal with them.
