We recently went under LOI for a ~$1m SaaS SMB that is not SBA-eligible due to its current international incorporation. While we can execute the deal using a mix of cash, Boopos and seller financing (~30%), we would like to explore alternate financing options (i.e., non-SBA notes, etc.) that may be less expensive than Boopos and have a longer term.

-~2% historical average churn rate
