Proven executive team with deep experience in the Communications industry seeking TMT PE sponsor to back established investment thesis and fund the acquisitions of three (3) uniquely positioned Trusted Comms players with combined $45M ARR and $9.6M in EBITDA. Targets provide large existing blue-chip logos, proprietary tech, and/or value-added solutions which together are integral to executing a successful roll-up in the Trusted Comms space.
