I do not know anything about the target, but I am sure you have considered that the margin seems thin-ish (6-7%), so if you haven't aready, I recommend you build scenarios where you stress test for increasing costs. Today we learned inflation in NL is 14-17%, so that would eat up a lot of that margin if (a part of) that cannot be charged back to the consumer. As for the DD process it would be good if the seller has engaged an M&A advisor so that the process is done diligently (downside is tougher negotiations). You can consider using a W&I insurance, but it will cost you x% (can look up rates later), as part of the negotiations you can get the seller to pay. Use a VDD provider such as Virtual Vaults.
