Advantages of LLC search fund legal structure for European Investors?

Hello everyone!

I am in the process of finishing my PPM and I am thinking about legal structure of my search fund. Following the directions from Search Fund Premiere and Searchfunder.com I plan to set up an LLC in Delaware that holds 100% of shares in a "local LLC", that would operate the search phase in European Union. The (tax) advantages of an LLC is obvious for American investors, but are there any for European (e.g. Polish, German, Spanish) investors? If you are familiar with the subject I would be glad to hear any comment.
