I have been a self funded searcher and finally narrowed down my target. This is home care agency with solid revenue and cashflow. Covid did impact this business now ready for post covid with new owner. I would like to propose an LOI and then enter into due diligence. Purchase price is ~2mil. This will be add-on to my new franchise, making it a multi-unit agency. I would like to keep cost reasonable, I am interested in a package deal if that is available or let me know contacts or reply to this post for legal and financial/operational due diligence willing to help out.

Thanks.

Happy to provide you with help on the Blind spots showing you the risks and cost on the employee benefits side. Most don't think about benefits when doing DD, but they should as if you plan has a laser or stop loss exemption you could be walking into quick sand.

I'd love to help with financial due diligence. If you're interested shoot me a message or email me at redacted so I can send you some examples of the financial DD I've done for clients worldwide over the last 15 years.
