Hi Searchers,

I am in search to line up an accounting firm to represent us and perform simple due diligence in our transactions. I have a law firm that has accepted a premium on successful deals with discounted and rolled fees on dead deals. I am trying to find an accounting firm who can do the same if not better in regards to the fee structure but not having much luck. Their main concern seems to be the point at which we might want a QoE drafted which is too pricey to roll the fees. I understand this but on the smaller deals we plan to acquire, we very well may do most of if not all of the financial due diligence within the board.

If anyone has any insight as to specific partners or firms who you think could work with a fee structure like this, I would greatly appreciate the lead!
