Greetings Everyone.

I was wondering if anyone has worked with an accounting firm willing to work on a contingency basis. would also appreciate some insight in terms of discussing working with an accounting firm to do financial due diligence contingent on if the deal is successful.

I have a client who might be a fit but not sure about the contigency if they would be open to it. Send information on redacted and I will see if it can be a fit.

they'd likely want to be compensated for that risk - so that if the deal does close they'll want an above-market fee for taking the dead deal risk
