Just wanted to share that I have my first accepted LOI. This has been a process and I have had several offers that were not accepted. If you are out there searching, keep pushing but understand that you may have to let go of some of your must haves to find a deal.
Things do come to those who are persistent. Now lets see if I can get through due diligence and to close!
