Thanks for the tag ^redacted‌! Anonymous, Jason Bowden at Arena Capital will be able to connect you with the right bank for SBA deals and maybe conventional debt. Highly recommend him and his team.

Live Oak has been great for a bank. I strongly recommend Furtek & Associates for QofE if you haven't chosen one already. They have done a fantastic job.
