I am raising to buy back a business I founded and sold to a private equity group. 78 unit franchisee with $2M of cash flow. The business had a difficult Covid but has returned to profitability with a smaller footprint. The PE group wants to exit and I have the opportunity to buy the business at an attractive multiple.
