$4.7M Non-SBA Senior Term Loan

Hello to all of the lenders in the Searchfunder community,

We currently have a deal under LOI and we are seeking a $4.7M senior term loan to support our $10M acquisition. The target company makes >$2.5M per year in EBITDA so the debt coverage metrics are very strong. The catch is that our timeline is fairly tight.

Matthew, will send a DM with a group to contact, they do non-bank lending. This may be ideally suited as they can turn stuff around in###-###-#### days. Another option is to speak with ^redacted‌ who works with some commercial options.

Also, if the deal is in Canada, you may want to specify that. I know most of the folks here may be geographically constrained. If you have time, chat with BDC in Calgary. Seems they can turn things around in###-###-#### days. Believe they require 20% equity injection when last I checked.
