Closing a deal in Canada next month and currently working on 100-day planning materials with the lead Searcher. Does anyone have any success stories / losses from 100-day planning post close? What are the best in class materials and resources you've leaned on. This is a second time deal so we have some precedents from a deal a few years back and stuff I used to use in private equity many years ago. Seeing if there are any fresh perspectives out there!
