I'm Tim Dolan, founder of Woody Creek Partners. We're raising $650K to $750K in seed capital (seeded sponsor structure) to fund a 12-month full-time search and execution phase targeting founder-owned broadband infrastructure businesses across the Southeast. Background: 3 years at Zayo Group running business development and government stimulus programs. Directly involved in winning over $400M in federal and state broadband grants (NTIA MM, TX BOOT, NV MM, Various State / Local Grants) from application through implementation. Our team includes structured finance experience from PwC/Pillar Advisors and institutional investment analysis from Cambridge Associates. All three of us are going full-time. We have a defined acquisition thesis, a proprietary deal sourcing engine already generating active deal flow, and institutional capital aligned at LOI stage. This is not a day-one search. Seed investors receive a 1.5x step-up on capital, pro-rata co-invest rights on every acquisition, and management company equity. Happy to share our memorandum and jump on a call with anyone interested. redacted

Hi Timothy - we've been helping folks in the internet infrastructure industry for over a decade (carrier hotels, interconnection, etc). DM me as we probably have some folks that you should talk to.
