YouTube-based small business w/ an online store

It's a YouTube based business that also has an online store & a team of people who create their videos to promote their products. Rev is $12k / month - Profit is $9k Total $153k rev / $110k profit in the past 12 months They're selling it for $110k, but are willing to accept $75k upfront and seller finance the rest.
