To help you administer the new leave requirements under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, we have created a flow chart for determining eligibility.

Regulations from the Department of Labor (“DOL”), expected in the next week, will provide clarity on this process. We plan to re-release this tool on April 1 to reflect these regulations, but in the meantime, we hope this tool helps you prepare for April 1:
