You bought a business...now what? How business operating systems can help.

I often joke with other searchers and owners about how getting the deal done is the easy part...now you have to run it.

When I was early into running my business, a fellow searcher told me to do EOS and to hire an implementer. After some prodding, I took his advice and hired an implementer back in###-###-#### I ended up moving from EOS to Pinnacle with him and am so glad I did. It helped us grow quickly, bust through ceilings, and make our business more valuable to buyers. I think it was a huge reason we were able to sell to PE as a platform investment for them.
