Join us for a conversation about special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) moderated by ^redacted, the Eugene F. Williams, Jr. Lecturer in the Practice of Management. He’ll talk with Noah Aptekar ‘16 and Eduardo Marini ’06, who are teaming up to launch a Nasdaq-listed SPAC called IX Acquisition Corp, focused on technology, media, and telecom in Europe and emerging markets. We’ll discuss the features of SPACs that make them a unique tool for financing growth businesses outside of the U.S.
