Working with a SBDC to access resources for Search?

Does anyone have experience working with a SBDC to get support and/or resources to assist with search?
I have a 1:1 with an Advisor Friday and I'm making a list of resources I think they could provide.   

Appreciate any suggestions!

GIS Business Intelligence Reports
Enterprise access to services like orbis, d&b, etc. 
Financial Models
CPA/Attorney Rec's
Industry Research
Local Market Research
Opportunities to apply for loans/grants through SSBCI 2.0 or other govt. programs

I guess the SBDC is a good place to start. In my experience, I think their effectiveness varies greatly by whose actually running the show there. If I recall, I met with an advisor on one or two occasions and quickly grew out of the resources they were able to provide.
