Does anyone have any recommendations for an SMB acquisition attorney and CPA that would be able to assist in due diligence and closing.

HMB Law out of Chicago (ask for Casey) and LCS Accounting out of Houston (ask for Max Lummis) helped me with my diligence process and were great. I would talk to several advisors in each bucket to understand different fee options, dead-deal provisions, scope of work, etc. before you commit to anyone.
