WIP Opportunity Management Tool

When I started searching for a business to buy I wanted a tool to quickly see if an opportunity made financial sense based on the numbers in the listing (a gut check), and a way to manage store the various files and thoughts for any given deal.
The goal was to have a place to work on multiple opportunities up until the LOI stage or so, at which point each deal becomes pretty unique and requires other more dedicated tooling.
So I built out a quick-and-dirty system in Airtable that has worked pretty well. Over the past few months more than one person has mentioned that I should turn that system into something for the search community to use.
So, I set out to start designing an application based on my system, and here are mockups of the two most important pieces of the application:
Opportunity List View
- Table view, lists all opportunities you’ve put into the system.
- Configure columns, filter and sort data.
- Ability to remove an opportunity here, or proceed to a detailed view.

Single Opportunity View
- Takes the most basic information provided for an opportunity (price/revenue/cashflow) and displays a gut check of those numbers. This “Quick Loan Check” is adjustable, affecting all opportunities in the application.
- Has a more detailed loan modeling component. If the opportunity passes the gut check, you can get into the weeds and model out something more complex.
- At the bottom is space to take notes and attach documentation.

These are non-functional, in fact the loan modeling bit is just a screen grab from my Airtable system. In addition, the form for first inputting information (name, listing url, price, etc.) is not mocked up.
My question to the community here is simple, would you use this, and what would you consider a fair price?
In addition, what types of features would you want that you don’t see in these mockups?
