Assuming the question is about M&A trends in the western world, I doubt it as this is not the first time that the Black Sea/ Ukraine region has faced this kind of a crisis. This time could be different but it rarely is. Crimea crisis of 2014 was a bigger flashpoint (IMO) and it was contained quickly. Global trade relationships make a large scale flare-up highly unlikely.
