Who has experience buying an electrical contractor?

I've been reviewing an electrical contractor business. I like a lot about it, but there are concerns about no recurring customers, project-based, construction, etc. I've heard the acquiring minds episode, is there anyone else out there with experience buying one of these companies that would be open to a chat? 

I'd love to hear your pros/cons or if I should run away.

I ended up killing the deal. Margins were unsustainable and the owner wasn't realistic on pricing.
