Keen to connect with folks searching or operating companies in this space. I'm currently looking for plumbing, HVAC and roofing companies in the PNW. Would be great to talk shop (sourcing/deal flow, valuation, due diligence, operating, etc) with other searchers and operators!

Jonathan - Historically, service businesses that focus on commercial MRO, especially with service contracts for recurring revenue, over new installation/project heavy businesses will be more attractive to institutional investors and have better exits. Residential services can also be very attractive depending on the service/business mix, but just something to keep in mind as you're looking at acquisition opportunities. Ultimately, it comes down to your personal goals and preferences. Good luck!
