We are working on a business advanced stage of discussions. (before LOI)> we need to see what options we have to structure the deal. Who do you recommend for equipment finance. This is going to be in California.

Are you exploring non-SBA option? With SBA there is no separate asset financing. With commercial lenders, amortization will be significantly shorter (for most asset types). DM if more clarity.
