I'm an investor in and was on the initial advisory board of a last mile service here in Australia that has achieve remarkable growth in the past 24 months. Happy to chat about the broader aspects of the sector, secular growth, challenges etc to it. some interesting plays in the market right now with great growth and upside - esp in a market like Oz where last mile delivery has not been as prevalent as in north america. But it is now a more accepted form of fulfillment with growing consumer and B2B awareness of its benefits.

^redacted‌I agree, absolutely makes a difference. But the question is: if the buyer has not had experience with delivery of large goods (mattress, home appliances etc.), how do you convince them on the benefits of white glove delivery services?
